Roy Assad, Founder
As an Executive and Life Coach, Roy provides his clients with guidance that will help them unleash hidden potential, eliminate roadblocks, and capitalize on unique talents to maximize personal and professional success.
Having founded The Human Capital Group in 2003, Roy’s mission is to help executives and entrepreneurs through the creation of customized strategies and corporate training plans that are roadmaps to building a life and career that they love. Roy founded Social Visibility in October 2020 to provide an excellent resource to his network of entrepreneurs and coaching clients. Extremely committed to his community, Roy is a Founding Board Member for Start-Up Palm Beach and has served on committees of organizations and charities such as Discover the Palm Beaches, Downtown Development Authority – West Palm Beach, International Coach Federation and Best Buddies Palm Beach amongst many others.
Christine DeMichael, Managing Partner
Christine DeMichael is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with over 25 years of experience in creating engaging experiences and connecting people with top brands.
Throughout her career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, public relations, branding, project management, creative development, and event planning. Her skills extend to digital advertising, media planning, and analytics implementation, making her a versatile and accomplished professional in the marketing and communications field.
In her current role, Christine oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency and its clients, focusing on social media branding, content creation, and management.
Prior to joining Social Visibility, Christine served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society.
Christine’s diverse experience includes roles such as Sr. Marketing Manager at Red Spot Interactive, Director of Marketing at Lime Rock Park Race Track, and Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing at NASCAR. At NASCAR, she managed multi-million dollar fan engagement events and launched the first interactive online youth engagement platform
Her career began at Walt Disney World Resort, where she worked as a Marketing Manager, executing campaigns for Youth Programs and managing an internal agency of photographers, videographers, and graphics designers
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications
She is actively involved in community service, and as a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches. In 2025, she will assume the role of Executive VP for the Junior League of the Palm Beaches
